MY PICK – EXERCISE OF THE MONTH

My favourite exercise…?  I can’t say I have just one because I feel many are great and serve an important purpose. However, I can say that I feel everyone should be able to efficiently perform; squats, lunges, push and pull exercises. This is crucial because it is one constant in our life, each of these are a part of our daily functioning and therefore, doing this right in the gym can mitigate injury in our daily life.
