My personal fitness journey began with my own weight loss goals and desire to change negative health habits as a teenager. I wanted my image to match my energy, outgoing personality and confidence. Over these first few years, I realized my passion for health and fitness and desire to inspire others to reach their full potential.
I am a certified personal trainer and certified in Human Performance Training, with ten years experience in the field. More recently, I have become certified in Reflexive Performance Reset- RPR (levels 1 &2) and Mobility Wad developed by Dr. Kelly Starrett (Level 1 & 2), as well as Triphasic Training developed by Cal Dietz. I am continuously pursuing professional development through attending conferences, such as the NSCA strength and conditioning Conference in San Antonio Texas, as well as attending seminars and trainings locally (ie. PLAE Summit) and in the U.S.
